Intensivo de agua "OCEAN DANCE. TOQUE"
Mayo 21-24
Danza acuática en profundidad, apnea, contacto improvisación, prácticas somáticas. El OceanDance gentilmente trae a las personas un profundo contacto consigo mismas, cuerpo y movimiento. Desarrolla las relaciones con el agua, cultivando la sensibilidad, la calma, y la habilidad de estar en contacto con otra persona.
La práctica será en aguas muy deslumbrantes - la Laguna de Siete Colores - Bacalar - y en el Cenote Azul con su agua cristalina. La combinación de apnea, toque somático y afinación de la atención plena acompañados, por Sasha, hacen la experiencia única y profunda.
Puedes venir a un intensivo o quedarte en todo el programa, seas iniciante o un nadador con experiencia. De cualquier forma vivirás una inmersión completa en una experiencia suave y cautivante. Aguas cálidas promueven la relajación y ayudan a soltar los patrones corporales que ya no son necesarios.

Intensivo de tierra "TOQUE. SENSIBILIDAD. INTIMIDAD"
Mayo 26-28
Un taller de 4 días sobre contacto con uno mismo y con el mundo. Sobre permitir que estés en el momento, siendo tú mismo, estando en contacto con otra persona. Trayendo tu ser completo, sin disculpas, tomando espacio sin tener vergüenza, dando atención a ti mismo, aceptando atención,
recibiendo abiertamente y viviendo el placer. Estar acá y ahora, sin saltar un único momento de tu vida, sin adelantarte y sin quedarte presa al
pasado. Estar en contacto con lo que es, ahora. Estar completamente presente en tu cuerpo, en tu respiración, en tu movimiento, en tus sensaciones, en tu toque. Parte de ese intensivo también tomará parte en la mágica Laguna de Bacalar.

El costo de cada intensivo es $350*
Si eliges participar de 2 o 3 intensivos, el segundo será 30% más barato para ti.
*Se cobran a parte alojamiento, comida y transporte entre las dos locaciones

Water intensive "OCEAN DANCE. TOUCH"
May 21-24 water
Deep water dance, freediving, contact improvisation, somatics. This practice gently brings people into deep contact with themselves, their body and movement, and establishes a relationship with water. It helps to develop self-soothing skills, develop sensitivity and the ability to enjoy being in contact with another person.
We will be practicing in amazing water - in the "lagoon of the seven colors of Bacalar" and the Blue Cenote with crystal clear water. The combination of freediving, touch work and mindfulness tuning accompanied by Sasha makes the experience as deep as possible.
You can come for one intensive or stay for all time, whether you're a beginner or a continuing diver, either way you'll live a full immersion in a gentle and absorbing experience. Warm water promotes relaxation and letting go of those bodily patterns and habits that you no longer need.

Overland intensive "TOUCH. SENSIBILITY. INTIMACY"
May 26-29
A four-day course on contact with yourself and the world. About letting yourself be in the moment, being yourself, being in contact with another person. Bringing your whole self, unapologetically, unashamedly taking space, paying attention to yourself, accepting attention, openly receiving and living the pleasure. To be here and now, without skipping a single moment of your life, without getting ahead of yourself or getting stuck in the past. To be in touch with
what is, right now. To be fully present in your body, in your breath, in your movement, in your sensations, in your touch. Part of this intensive will also take place in the magical water of Bacalar.

The cost of each intensive is $350.
If you choose to attend 2 or 3 intensives, the second and third will be 30% cheaper for you.
This price does not include flight and transportation to the location, lodging, meals, and daily shuttle service to the cenote.
